Property Services General Information

Scheduled Service Days

We work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to dusk. Every client is assigned a dedicated crew and a specific service day. We do not guarantee a specific time of day, but once scheduled, the time will stay approximately the same.

Please note:

  • Holidays may delay your regular service by up to one day.
  • If you have to cancel your scheduled property service call due to construction, other workers on site or a party, 24 hours notice is required. If you do not contact the office to cancel, a minimum charge will be billed.
  • If you require an additional service call for parties, etc., please contact the office with details.

Rain Schedule

Unless under extreme weather circumstance, we always try to keep on schedule. If the rainfall is only slight we will continue servicing your property. Should the rain be too heavy, we will either stop until the rain ends and then resume, or return to service your property the following day.

Gates

On your scheduled service day, we ask that all necessary entry gates are left unlocked. If gates are locked, only the front and sides will be done. (Please note, in this instance, our crews are not required to return that day and NO discounts or adjustments will be applied.) If you have a combination lock and provide the code or a key, we will be happy to unlock, service your yard and lock you gate again.

Communication

At Dutch Style Landscaping, customer satisfaction is our first and foremost priority. Communication with our clients is important to us. We encourage regular feedback. We ask that all communication regarding property changes, special requests or concerns be made directly to the office staff, as opposed to the crews themselves.

Payments

All payments can be made by cheque, online banking or major credit card. Usually, by the 15th of each month, all invoices for the previous month’s service are emailed. We will mail invoices upon request. Our terms are NET 15 DAYS. 1.5% interest will be charged on overdue accounts.

Automatic Credit Card Payments can be set up through the office. Payment for invoices(s) due will be processed within 4 days of the date of invoice.

Dutch Style Landscaping also accepts Property Maintenance Services payments on our site through PayPal.
